3. Booking and Quotes

- Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
- Bookings are confirmed only once agreed in writing (email, WhatsApp, or signed agreement).
- We reserve the right to decline any job request at our discretion.
4. Pricing and Payment
- Prices are stated in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
- Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due immediately upon completion of the work.
- We accept bank transfer, card payment, or other agreed payment methods.
- Late payments may incur interest at the statutory rate under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Domestic customers: You may cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice without penalty.
- Commercial customers: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the agreed time may incur a cancellation fee.
- If we arrive at the property and cannot gain access or proceed with the work due to circumstances beyond our control, a call-out charge may apply.

- Provide safe and clear access to the work area.
- Ensure that necessary permissions, approvals, or consents are in place before work begins.
- Inform us of any health and safety risks on-site.
7. Our Responsibilities
We will:
- Carry out work with reasonable skill and care in accordance with UK regulations.
- Use qualified and competent engineers for all electrical works.
- Comply with all relevant health and safety legislation.
8. Warranty and Liability
- We offer a [12-month workmanship guarantee] on completed works unless otherwise stated.
- This guarantee does not cover defects caused by misuse, third-party interference, or normal wear and tear.
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the work carried out and does not extend to indirect or consequential losses.
